This means that you don't have the right to right click and save and use images without permission or paying.
- All rights for use of images to train, or for inclusion in training models for Artificial Intelligence models, machine learning models or similar technologies now and in the future are expressly withheld, including via means of automated scanning and image capture.
Privacy notice
This website is operated by Dom Newton Photography, which is the Data Controller. Information supplied by you in the process of a purchase will be processed for the purpose of performing the contract for purchase, including any information necessary for the protection of digital image rights on an ongoing basis.
Images of individuals on this site, including Client Gallery and other areas are processed for artistic purposes under Schedule 2, Part 5 of the UK GDPR, or otherwise with permission or by request of the data subject (for commissioned work). If you would like an image in which you appear to be removed, please contact me.
This website does not use cookies or trackers. We cannot guarantee that how you arrived here (for example via Google, a social media link or other hyperlink) is not tracking you, but this website has been scanned and has not deployed cookies, pixels or similar.
To the limited extent that it is processing any data, it's kept appropriately secure, including client purchase information. Payment information is collected via the payment provider Stripe, which is a separate data controller.
Images on this site will be retained for as long as there is artistic value in them. Customer information will be retained for a maximum of seven years. Data on this site is hosted via Pixieset, a company based in Vancouver, Canada, and subject to the Pixieset terms of use. Canada is an Adequate jurisdiction for commercial personal data, which includes data processed via this website. Otherwise, your data is processed in the UK, but may be accessible via the World Wide web.
